Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days after the delivery date. All items, including sale items, can be returned or exchanged.

Please note:
We accept returns in their original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags attached and the sanitary pad intact for a full refund, exchange or store credit. For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear over your underwear as we do not accept returns or exchanges of items worn or soiled/stained.

How can I cancel my order or return items?

How soon will I receive my refund or store credit?

For returns, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and check the item.

Which items can be exchanged?

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can only be made for the same item in a different color or size, provided they are priced the same on our website. If the item requested for exchange differs in price from the original item, a refund will be processed, and you will need to place a new order through our website.
