Returns

Yes — we accept returns on all items, including sale items. Just make sure to send them back within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags and the hygiene liner still in place. For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear over your underwear — we’re unable to accept returns of worn, soiled or stained items.

For returns, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can only be made for the same item in a different color or size, provided they are priced the same on our website. If the item requested for exchange differs in price from the original item, a refund will be processed and you will need to place a new order through our website. 

All exchanges must be made within 14 days after the delivery date and returned in their original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags attached and the sanitary pad intact.

We’ll cover the shipping for your new item. You’ll just need to cover the cost of sending the original one back to us.

Shipping

We ship to Europe and the US.

We offer international delivery to European countries, however note that for orders outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein taxes and customs duties may apply. Please make sure you are familiar with your country’s customs regulations and local sales taxes.

All orders are shipped with Swiss Post.

We offer free delivery for all orders above 150 EUR.

  • Switzerland / Liechtenstein: 3-4 business days
  • International shipping (Europe): 5-8 business days

Switzerland and Liechtenstein:
Parcels are shipped from within Switzerland, meaning no customs duties are incurred.

Other European countries:
As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes for your country. Payment of these fees may be required to release your order from customs. Sunset Society is not liable for any fees or taxes incurred or if customs seizes your package. Please ensure you are aware of your destination's import duties, customs regulations and local sales taxes.

If your parcel is not claimed by you or returned because of an incorrect address, the relevant carrier will send it back to us. In these instances, a fee of 8 CHF (Switzerland / Liechtenstein) or €20 (European countries) will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping costs. This fee is non-negotiable and the total amount refunded to your original payment method will be reduced by this charge.

To avoid these fees, please ensure that your shipping address is correct and that you are available to receive the parcel.

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel your order before it ships.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via the email you provided during checkout.

In the event that your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for the most current information. If you still need help, please feel free to reach out to us and we will assist you

Other

It is our mission to provide solely high-quality products. If you receive a defective item, contact us as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 business days. If your package appears damaged from shipping, please reach out to us within 7 days.
